We are a thriving club with approximately 50 members.

Our season starts about the second week in April when members have the chance to practice on the green and participate in an open weekend. We welcome anyone who is interested to come and have a go!

From the beginning of May to the end of August, we take part in three different Bowls Leagues which means that we usually have at least three evening matches each week.

In addition, we organise Social Bowling on Thursday afternoons, weather permitting, when new members and old can get together to improve their skills, enjoy the company and have a cup of tea!

Over winter we have indoor Carpet Bowls on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons in the Village Hall. Details will be posted here later in the year.
Enquiries can be made to Mary on 811 288 or Eric on 811 429.
Update: 25th January 2010

2010 Season Open Weekend
The bowling green will be open from 2.15pm on both Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th April, weather permitting. All are welcome to come and try bowling, or just to have a cup of tea and a chat!

Social Bowling will be held every Thursday afternoon, weather permitting, commencing on Thursday 22nd April at 2.15pm. Newcomers are welcome and coaching can be given. Come along and enjoy a social afternoon. The club allows three visits before membership becomes necessary.
