A major project is underway in Navenby to build a new Community Centre. The Parish Council, Village Hall committee, Playing Field committee, the Pre-school and many others have cooperated to develop the design. We have planning permission and we are well along in raising the funds. You can read all about the plan and send your comments on the Community Centre page. The link will appear in the Quick Links list in the right column and the page will be updated as the plan progresses. Did you realise that 200 houses have been built since 2000 and Navenby's population has grown to about 2150 - 29% in a decade? We need some better public spaces. The area of the Summer excavation at the corner of High Dyke and Headland Way has now been refilled. Plastic membrane was placed over some parts of the dig to allow future access. You will find more details and photos of the dig on the NAG WebsiteYou can see the BBC Look North video of the dig on BBC Look North Report
