Here you can check the availability of bookings for the Village Hall and request a reservation.

Navenby Village Hall is located adjacent to the School Hall on East Road. The entrance to the Hall is up the steps to the left of the car park. The hall is administered as a Charitable Trust for the benefit of the community and managed by a volunteer committee. The trustees are Navenby Parish Council. A representative of any organized group within the village is permitted, and encouraged, to join the Management Committee.

Facilities
The halls are licensed for public dancing, music or other public entertainments of a similar nature, within the limits of maximum capacity

(It is the responsibility of the hirer to pay any fees necessary for the live performance of music or use of recorded music)
Tables and chairs are provided.
Four parking places are allocated for use by Hall visitors. Other parking places can only be used outside of school hours.
Use of a small kitchenette and crockery suitable to prepare tea/coffee are included in the letting.
Intoxicating liquor can only be sold or supplied on the premises with express permission and the hirer must obtain an occasional license.

The Village Hall is available to rent for social gatherings, community group meetings, activities etc. during the hours of 9.00am to 12.00 midnight on weekdays and weekends.
The School Hall may also be rented for evening or weekend activities and during school holidays.
For larger gatherings, the Village Hall and School Hall may be rented together, with the separating screen opened.

Cost of rental
Village Hall or School Hall (outside school hours)
Weekdays: £10.00 for the first 2 hours plus £4.00 per additional hour
Weekends: £13.00 for the first 2 hours plus £4.00 per additional hour

Village Hall and School Hall combined
Weekdays: £13.00 for the first 2 hours plus £5.00 per additional hour
Weekends: £16.00 for the first 2 hours plus £5.00 per additional hour

Bookings can be arranged as one-off events or to a regular, pre-booked schedule.
